How To Use

Blend on part veggie burger powder with three parts water and stir until well blended. Next heat it in the microwave until it starts to boil. If you prefer, you can heat some water on the stove until it boils before mixing in the powder.

Once this mix reaches boiling point, remove it from the heat and allow it to cool a little before pouring it into a container or mould and let it sit at room temperature until it creates a firm gel. It can then be cut into cubes, shredded or used whole.

Anything not used immediately should be treated as fresh food. It can be stored sealed in refrigerator for up to two weeks, and in freezer for up to six months. To adjust firmness of gel, use more or less water as desired.
